Pinterest is saving me and also gonna get me major friend points with the amazing ideas on there. Throwing two parties for my friends in the next two weeks, I seriously could not be more grateful.
Music is the easy part.. decorations.. just copy a picture.
One aspect that media is failing me on is that game where you ask the fiance a butt load of questions. I want fun interesting questions and the lists posted online are LAME. If anyone has any ideas.. let me know.
I have so far...
Questions for the Mr.
- What is your signature dance move
- What is your favorite moment you have had with (blank)
See... I need help!
Here are a couple of links for you. I hope these help! When my girl friend threw my bridal shower for me, she emailed my now husband and had him answer some questions. The goal at the shower was to see if our answers matched up; he answered the questions about me, and I did too - and we matched about 98% of our answers! Anyway, good luck! :)

Oh my gosh. Pinterest can be such a life-saver! It's my go to, but I agree that it's hard to find games (and decent ones, too, might I add!). I saw on one of the sites to ask him "What he would save if his house was on fire." I was hoping for a funny answer but instead, of course, he gave me the sappiest answer ever: "I would just make sure that I had my Annie with me--I wouldn't need anything else." Of course the whole party paused so everyone could say "ahhh! How cute!", while I was busy almost gagging from the love fest.
ReplyDeleteI love Bridal Shower games! I threw one for my friend last year, and called her husband-to-be to interview him about their relationship. She had to answer what she thought HE answered, and when she got it wrong she had to chew a bubble gum. The questions were funny, for example...
ReplyDelete"What is your first memory of her?"
"What is your favorite color?"
"What is your favorite restaurant?"
"If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be?"
"Where was your best kiss?"
"What did you do on your favorite date?"
"What are your top three favorite bands?"
"What is her best feature?"
"What does she think your best feature is?"
"What is the best meal she has ever cooked for you?"
"What is the last thing she does before she goes to bed?"
"What is your favorite thing about her?"
"What is the nicest thing she has ever done for you?"
"What is the nicest thing you have ever done for her?"
"If she were to throw out one article of your clothing, what would it be?"
"What is your most commonly used phrase?"
BONUS: "What are your wedding colors?"
You can also video tape his answers and play it at the shower, AFTER she says what she thought he would say. It's a fun game! Hope its helpful. Good luck!
